  • Shaping the future Product Design Team at Inkling through on-boarding new designers, injecting new process improvements, and Design System advancements

  • Contributing to executive level conversations around Inkling’s product vision, direction and roadmap priorities

  • Collaborating cross-functionally within the broader Inkling product suite to influence and build a cohesive experience

  • Lead product designer for native mobile, charged with establishing, managing and overseeing the future design strategy and adapting to Inkling’s desktop experiences as well

  • Full-stack designer for Managed Payments Onboarding and KYC Remedy Flows - an initiative to simplify the payments experience for buyers and sellers by innovating the the front end interaction

  • Delivered the final design solutions for the US Managed Payments BETA launch, which has reached nearly 10,000+ sellers and generated over $2,110M+ in GMV to date (and continually growing)

  • Functioned as the lead designer for the end to end US and DE Onboarding and KYC strategy - these are domains with high complexity and robust requirement implications that take into account localization

  • Embedded in an agile team with daily collaborations with cross-disclipline leads

  • Conducted ethnographic research (Oct. ’18) and a UER (May ’19) in Germany to understand seller mindsets and inform design goals for other upcoming launches (spanning a 2+ year roadmap)

  • Introduced new process methods, created roadmaps for tracking milestones and led weekly stakeholder review sessions with local and international partners (interactions were both over virtual and in-person meetings)

  • Designed an end to end mweb and desktop Onboarding flow for the DE launch, which has been implemented and established as the baseline strategy for future markets globally
